How to reach Jim Corbett from Mumbai by road

The distance from Mumbai to Delhi is 1400 kms, the road trip is rarely chosen by any traveler because of the extremely long hours journey which is approximately 24 hours from Mumbai to Delhi. The route for the road trip would be Mumbai– Vadodara–Udaipur–Jaipur–Delhi. You may choose other routes as well as per your interest and convenience. From Delhi you can continue with the aforementioned route via Moradabad to Jim Corbett.

How to reach Jim Corbett from Delhi by rail

The nearest railway station is Ramnagar railway station. Jim Corbett is 12 kms away from Ramnagar. You can look for the trains running from Delhi to Ramnagar or vice versa.

Another nearest station is Kathgodam which is three and a half hours away from Jim Corbett, you can first arrive at Kathgodam then take a drive through local cab and reach Ramnagar in order to reach Jim Corbett.

If someone wants to come from Dehradun or Rishikesh they can reach Kathgodam by train and then take a cab to reach Jim Corbett or Ramnagar depending on their

From Mumbai to Jim Corbett: Take a direct train from Mumbai to the nearest town to Jim Corbett that is Ramnagar which runs two days a week.   • Mumbai to Delhi: You can take a long distance train such as Rajdhani express which runs throughout the week. It will take 16-24 hours. The other feasible options are Nizamuddin Garib Rath Express, Golden Temple Mail and Haridwar Express. How to reach Jim Corbett from Delhi by flight/air

The nearest airport to reach Jim Corbett is located in Pantnagar which is 85 kms. It will take you 2 hours at most to reach Jim Corbett from Pantnagar. You can hire a cab or take a bus to reach Corbett which is 1 hour away.The second nearest airport is Jolly grant airport in Dehradun. 

If you are coming from Delhi to Jim Corbett then you can take a flight to Pantnagar or Dehradun followed by a cab journey to reach Jim Corbett.

In order to reach Jim Corbett you must reach the nearest town Ramnagar. If you are coming from metropolitan cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai,etc then you have to reach Delhi first and then continue the same route from Delhi to Ramnagar via rail,road or flight.
