I am a solo traveler, can I join?

We started with the solo idea of making Travel easy for Solo Travelers. Our fixed departure weekend getaways , road trips and treks and specifically curated for solo travelers , a group of friends and couples.

Every week we have a minimum of 15 trips and treks leaving and in the last years about 37% of them have been solo travelers. Both male and female solo travelers.

So this is the community !

What will be the female: male ratio?

92% of the trips done so far has had 40:60 ratio. So out of every 10 wravelers, 4 of them are female. 

There has been few trips when in our fixed departures the number of female travelers are more than male travelers !

Female:male ratio of any group depends on the bookings that we receive for that trip. So only when the bookings close than we get to exact ratio.

Is it safe for Solo Female Travelers?

Yes it is very safe for female solo Travelers to travel with us.  Our transport and stay operators are registered vendors and have been associated with us for quite a lot of years and we have never faced even a single complain regarding safety.

All our fixed departure trips also have a Trip Lead both male/female to handle things operationally. So if at any time you face any concern you can tell the trip leads and they will rectify it.

 Can I pay in cash?

You can deposit the cash amount in the bank and can share the image of the deposit receipt. 

We do not accept cash payments. 

How can I trust JustWravel? I am going on a trip for the 1st time.

JustWravel is a registered Tour Operator and a MSME registered organization.

We are also recognized by StartUp India. So you might be hearing about us or planning to travel with the community for the first time , but we are in operations since November 2016 and do about 50+  weekend getaways , road trips and treks every month. Catering to about 800-1000 + travellers every month.

We are present on majorly all the Social Media Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin among others. Feel free to do a thorough research about the Community before booking your travel. 

Safe Travel is the best Travel !

Is my booking safe?

Yes, your booking is safe. Once we receive the payment , we send you a confirmation mail of the same. 

Your Booking is safe with us unless you drop us a mail to cancel or postpone the same.

What if the Trip/Trek gets cancelled?

Being an Adventure Tour operator and most of our events being experience driven. At times if the weather is not right, we do have to cancel the trip or trek. In this case , we provide you a credit note valid for a year of the same amount. 

You can use it in any trip or trek (even same) when the conditions are better and  you have our leaves. The credit note is also transferrable and you can shift it to a friend or relative, mentioning the same to us over email. 

Your full payment remains safe!

What are the refund policies ?

In case the guests cancels, the booking amount is non refundable. You can check the particular package for the refund policies. Can also check the following link for more details on the policies.

How many members will be there in a group?

Our group sizes vary as per the event. We generally stick to a group size of 15 members. 

Even if there are less number of travellers who have signed up , we run our fixed departure events.

What is the Packing List?

There are few basic things that you need to have in all the trips 
There are few basic things that you need to have in all the trips 
       – powerbank
       – charger
       – personal toiletries 
       – raincoat and similar

But as per the trip or trek there are specific things that we need. You can get the details on the website under specific events , you can check the blogs for the packing list. Also once you confirm the booking we share the same with individuals, which will help you with the packing.

 What are the mode of Payments?

You can pay directly from the website which is integrated to payment gateway which has options of paying through credit – debit cards, wallets and other online payment options.

Cash Deposit in bank account, payment through PayTm, Google Pay, Phone Pay options are also available. The Sales Consultant will share it with you. Once you make the payment you will have to share the screenshot or deposit slip in this case and the consultant will provide the confirmation.

How will I receive the confirmation of the Payment?

Directly Payment from the website – once you make the payment for the trip/trek and Successful completion of the Booking cycle. You will receive an automated mail with the event details and payment receipt.

For other payment options, you need to share the screenshot of the payment with the concerned team member and he/she will send the confirmation of the same by End of Day, 7pm.

Due to any last minute problem I have to cancel ? What is the refund in that case?

Our bookings are transferable. So for any reason if you are looking to opt out of the trip you can ask a friend or colleague to travel in your place.

As we would have already made the bookings for your travel and stay, there will be no refund. For details about our cancellations policy you can check this link.

When do I have to make the full payment? 

You can book any fixed departure event by paying a booking amount. Booking amount varies as per the trip or trek. 

As per the event , you need to make the complete payment at least 1 week prior to the departure date. You will receive automated  reminder emails for the team as and when the amount is due. 

Your sales consultant will also send you a reminder on the amount to be paid.

Can I rent gears required on the trip? 

Yes, we have a section on our website , Gears On Rent, you can drop in your query there and concerned team member will connect you. 

We have collaborated with another organization regarding the rental of gears service.
